A solid foundation is necessary for any structure or building to stand the test of time.  The same principle is true for the Chrsitian Life and Faith.  God gives us Foundational Truth taught throughout His Word, which He intends for us to know, understand, believe and put into practice.  They remain constant, do not need repair, and always weather the storms when they occur.  Take note of Jesus' words in Matthew 8:24-27.  Do you hear and heed?
